Black version of the default Windows XP logon. Nothing special.
Goes well with my XP Black Theme. [link]

I have another version of this (Hacked LogonUI.exe file) which fixes some of the things I dont like about the .LogonXP version.

Pro's and Con's of the .LogonXP version:
+ Has a dark second fade when not on the right side.
+ Shows '# programs running'. (I don't know why my .exe version doesn't..)
- The above in an off yellow color and is of a different font/effect untill mouse is on right side.
- Windows XP Logo and 'To begin,...' are centered on the left. (as well as some other minor positioning issues.)
- 'To Begin,..." is an off-white/yellow color
~ No Icon frame -- Not sure if thats a bad thing..

***** DO NOT SAVE THIS AS A .ZIP FILE!!!!! *****
******* This is a .LOGON File for LogonXP. *******

Wow . . the same as with the Black XP Theme . . .awesoem
How do I install this or any other logon screen?
This was made for a program called LogonXP from Stardock. LogonXP is now LogonStudio. I have -NOT- tested this with LogonStudio so it may or may not work.

you can also google LogonXP and find that program if you wish to use this skin and its not working under LogonStudio
